Product Description
Hydrangea quercifolia is a large deciduous broadleaf shrub. Up to 12 ft tall and 5 ft wide. Part shade to shade and moist, fertile, well-draining soil. Attracts native bees including bumblebees, syrphid flies, and honeybees. Deer and rabbits love to nibble the foliage. The leaves turn a variety of vivid colors prior to dropping in winter. Requires careful attention to get established. Consider amending soil.
'Snowcicle' is a cutivar with extra long flower panicles that bloom through the summer. Flower clusters can reach 12-14" long.
