Product Description

Little Strongbark, Bourreria cassinifolia, is an endangered shrub native to south Florida. It has small white flowers throughout the warm months that attract butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees. The amber to red berries are used by birds. The plant has small green leaves and can grow in the 5 to 8 foot range. It is drought tolerant once established but is not tolerant of salt and wind or heavy frost. Plant this accent shrub in cold sheltered locations in full to partial sun.
