Coral Honeysuckle

Coral Honeysuckle, Lonicera sempervirens, is a 'well behaved' evergreen, perennial, twining vine, 3-14 ft. long, with smooth, glossy, paired, semi-evergreen leaves and 2-4 flowered clusters of red, tubular blooms followed by bright-red berries. The underside of the leaf has silvery color. This is a great plant to attract hummingbirds, butterflies, and songbirds. It blooms heavily in spring and continues to bloom through summer and fall. Use this vine as a manageable climber or as a woody ground cover.
