Product Description
Snowberry, Chiococca alba is a semi-vining flowering shrub that grows up to 10' tall. It prefers partial sun and well-draining soils, and is very drought tolerant once established. It blooms through most of the year (Feb-Sep) with small, cream colored flowers and produces stark white berries that feed birds and other wildlife. Consider supporting this plant with a trellis or other sturcture. Larval host for the Miami blue butterfly (Cyclargus thomasi) and Snowberry clearwing moth (Hemaris diffinis).
